Bison Balls

Why You’ll Love It

These bison balls are grounding, protein-packed, and ridiculously easy to whip up. Whether you’re coming home after a long day or simply craving something nourishing with minimal effort, this dish keeps things simple—without skimping on flavor.

The Perks of Eating Bison

  • High in Protein – More protein per serving than beef, helping to fuel muscle recovery and sustained energy.

  • Lower in Saturated Fat – If you’re mindful of red meat intake, bison is a leaner alternative without sacrificing flavor.

  • Rich in Nutrients – Naturally higher in iron, B vitamins, zinc, and selenium—essential for energy, immunity, and brain function.

  • Raised with Integrity – Unlike conventionally raised beef, bison are typically grass-fed, humanely raised, and free from hormones and antibiotics due to strict regulations.
